Kate offered many referrals, all of whom were great to work with including the house painters and the stagers. I appreciated that Kate was so accommodating of my busy schedule offering to meet with me after hours at her office or at my home to sign documents and answer my questions. But Kate still negotiated to get us a fabulous house in a neighborhood we love for below asking price. During escrow, we really appreciated the team of inspectors and service folks that Kate has in her rolodex. From the mortgage broker, to the inspector, to the foundation guy, to the electrician, we have found, without exception, Kate's people to be extremely competent, informative, and fair. Now that we've moved in, we're still pulling information from that rolodex. At closing Kate told us, "I'll be your realtor for life."
